UVA tube (BLB) for UnityColor® Light2match lights and ceiling lights
Replacement UVA tube for the UnityColor Ceiling Light Light2match XII and XIV with 2x 8 Watt as well as for the Light2match X-III with 1x 18 Watt.
UV light is used to detect optical brighteners in plastics, paper and security adhesives.
Blacklight Blue blacklight lamps are low pressure mercury vapor lamps. Its inner shell is coated with fluorescent powder, which emits UV radiation and thus achieves luminescence effects.
The wavelength range of the UVA light is between 315-380 nanometers. The dominant wavelength of these tubes is 365 nm.
UV tubes with the above spectrum are also used in bill validators to detect fluorescent fibers present in the bill. They are also used to cure lacquers and paints and used for artificial weathering to test the resistance of different materials.
The UVA radiation is harmless to humans and also contained in natural sunlight.
