The NCS Gloss Scale is a tool for visually assessing gloss on surfaces. This handy pocket-sized gloss fan is a valuable tool for all professionals who are involved in defining and specifying the level of gloss on surfaces. It is suitable for designers, as a specification for production operations and for quality control. The fan shows 4 neutral NSC colors from white to black, with 7 gloss levels for each color, ranging from full matt to high gloss in top quality lacquer coating. The full surface coating allows users to make direct comparisons with objects for assessment.

TIP: The fan is held together with a removable fastener. To make it easier to work with the gloss samples, simply unscrew the fastener and use the samples separately.
